About Elizabeth
I studied dentistry in Plymouth at Peninsula Dental School, graduating with honours. I have particular interests in oral surgery, restorative and aesthetic dentistry. I have recently completed my MSc in Oral Surgery and am undertaking training in Implant dentistry which I will start in 2024.
I grew up in Inverness and prior to my dental career I was a wedding photographer working throughout Scotland. In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, cycling or swimming and you can often find me in my garden doing DIY projects! I also continue to enjoy creative pursuits (when I get time) such as painting, drawing and writing. My friends would describe me as: ‘always has a project on the go’.
I am passionate about dentistry always striving to provide patient centred care. I believe that all members of the dental team are important and try to ensure that the whole team is recognised for their valuable contributions.

About Kate
I came to Plymouth to study dentistry at Peninsula Dental School, but I am originally from Gloucestershire. I started my dental career in NHS dentistry and joined the team at Eilertsen Dental Care in 2022. I have seen the practice grow in leaps and bounds in this short space of time and am excited to see what the future holds for us. I love working here because I have the time to provide gold standard treatment and each and every team member truly cares about our patients.
One of my favourite aspects of my job is treating anxious patients and seeing how their confidence builds over time, but my real passion is Endodontics (root canal treatment).
I am in the process of completing a Masters degree in Endodontics at Peninsula Dental School. As much as I love doing root canal treatment – I love saving teeth more! I strive to provide preventative and minimally invasive dentistry.
In my spare time I enjoy exploring historical landmarks in the area, doting on my little black cat Olive and playing relaxing video games.

About Ness
“I’m originally from sunny Portugal, where I graduated as a dentist and also obtained a Master’s degree in Oral Microbiology. I have been practising in the UK since 2013, working as a General Dentist in the South West. I enjoy straightening teeth and have been studying for several years to provide gold standard care for my patients. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Clear Aligners (Invisalign), which allows me to provide more comprehensive treatment with aligners that would traditionally only be achieved with fixed braces. I also have a level 7 Aesthetic Training, which allows me to provide botulinum toxin treatments as well as dermal fillers.
I am also an academic, working as a lecturer and supervisor at Plymouth University Peninsula Dental School, where I aim to teach the younger generation of dentists to be conscious, quality practitioners, as well as doing research.
In 2023, I have completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical education, and I am currently studying to obtain another Master’s Degree, this one in orthodontics, which will allow me to further expand the array of treatments that I can offer to straighten teeth.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and partner, planting veggies in my garden, knitting and playing videogames.”

About Stephanie
I grew up in Portsmouth and graduated from Peninsula Dental School in 2018. During my degree I fell in love with the South West and chose to stay in the area.
I enjoy all aspects of Dental Therapy, but particularly restorative work to improve on form and function. I am also passionate about creating a comfortable environment, where I can empower my patients to look after their own oral health; with prevention being better than cure!
In 2020 I was lucky enough to be invited back to University to study Dental Surgery and will be qualifying later this year.
Outside of dentistry I am a keen weightlifter and regularly train in CrossFit.

Georgina Wright
Dental Therapist GDC 280235
BSc (Hons) DTH
About Georgina
I qualified as a Dental Therapist from Peninsula Dental School in Plymouth. I was born and raised in Oxfordshire, where I practiced as a dental nurse for 4 years. I went to complete my undergraduate study in the South West and during my 3 years I found my love for Devon, and wasn’t ready to leave yet, so decided to make the move! I have experience of extensive treatment as a patient myself, in the form of double jaw surgery, so I empathise with the feeling of apprehension that goes hand in hand with appointments. I am passionate about offering a relaxed environment and comfortable treatments to all my patients. I am particularly interested in delivering minimally invasive techniques and providing evidence based dentistry. In my spare time I enjoy exploring the countryside, travelling and going back to my hometown to see my family, where I also have two cats Poppy and Minnie waiting.
Chloe Sharpe
Dental Therapist GDC
About Chloe
In 2022 I graduated as a Dental Therapist with Merit from Peninsula Dental School in Plymouth. I have always been more passionate about the cosmetic aspect of dentistry. In the beginning of 2024 I completed a composite masterclass which has allowed me to offer more cosmetic treatments to patients such as composite bonding and composite veneers. I will be starting my post graduate diploma this September 2024 in Aesthetic Dentistry to further my skillset and knowledge around these treatments. To be able to regenerate a patients smile with minimally invasive techniques and boost their confidence is something I am passionate about. I will also soon be offering facial aesthetic treatments in practice such as Botox, Dermal Fillers and treatments for excessive sweating. Alongside the cosmetic aspect, I also offer general dental treatments such as exams, whitening, GBT and fillings. Although I was born in the UK, I grew up in Seattle, WA so I enjoy going back to see my family as much as possible. I enjoy going to the gym and being outdoors in my spare time.

Hayley Roberts
Dental Nurse GDC 297750
National Diploma in Dental Nursing
About Hayley
I decided to become a dental nurse in 2019. At that time I worked as a personal carer but felt it was time for me to try something new. A bad dental experience meant I had a fear of the dentist which led me to having to be sedated for treatment. Which means I can empathise with patients who are also fearful and try and help them through dental visits with our team. I would like to develop my knowledge in dental photography and in impression techniques. I discovered dental photography after I worked with a dentist who gave a presentation on why dental photography was useful in the clinical environment. The talk covered several points including things that can be learned by taking a photo for development of skills and monitoring of problems that a patient might experience. I am also interested in sedation nursing. I was born here in Plymouth and when I am not busy with studying and working, I enjoy making cakes and cupcakes for family and friends, and I also like draw in my spare time. I enjoy going out for walks in the evenings or riding my bike when I can and if the weather is good. In the future I am hoping to do some travel to see new things and places.

About Sam
My time working within dentistry spans over 10 years as a qualified nurse and more recently receptionist in both private and NHS practices. I have worked along side general dentists, dental specialists, therapists and hygienists assisting in a range of treatments, in particular root treatments and periodontal disease, all the while working front of house. I have a great understanding of patient nerves and am patient focused. I aim to ensure patients are reassured and leave the practice having had a positive dental experience. I enjoy my role as a dental receptionist and everyday look forward to welcoming patients into Eilertsen Dental care. Moving forward I’m excited to take on a more administrative role within a dental practice and be involved in the day to day running’
